Located in Venice's historic centre, in a quiet residential area just few steps away from all of Venice's
major attractions: St. Mark's Square, the Academy of Fine Arts, the Peggy Guggenheim Foundation, the
18th century Ca' Rezzonico Palace, Palazzo Grassi.
It is easy reached from all of city's main points of arrival (the highway exits, the train station, the airport and the
passenger harbor).
