Payments could be made as follows:

Cancellations and refunds

	Refund of registration fees will be made according to the Italian Legislative Decree of 17 March 1995 n. 111, and foresees:
-	85% refund on cancellations received by 31 days before the start of the congress;
-	70% refund on cancellations received between 30 and 21 days before the start of the congress;
-	0% refund on cancellations received within 20 days before the start of the congress.
	Due to accounting reasons, any possible refund will be given after the end of the Meeting.
	Any request of cancellation shall be addressed either by fax o by e-mail to Oltrex (fax +39.041.5334128, e-mail: creditinformation@oltrex.it).
	In case changes with respect to first registration details, Oltrex will be authorized to charge an extra administrative cost.
	Changes in the name of the Participant/Delegate are allowed and must be addressed either by fax o by e-mail to Oltrex (fax +39.041.5221986, e-mail: creditinformation@oltrex.it).
