The Aula Magna is adequately fitted out to support microphone systems, audio and video recordings, overhead projectors and screens. The building also has smaller rooms for informal discussion, a public phone and terminals for connecting to Internet.

The building is very close (10-15 minutes walking) to the two access points of Venice: Piazzale Roma Car Terminal and the Railway Station (Stazione F.S. Venezia S. Lucia). It is also near the waterbus stops of Crea and Tre Archi.
